Pelvie Tilt Pose
The main aim of this pose is to strengthen the abdominal muscles at the
back. The pose can be achieved while lying down and it gives a massage like feeling. While lying, put your feet flat on the floor. The arms
must also lie flat along the body. Due to the natural curve of the spine, the back will be slightly raised from the floor. Gently move the
hips towards the head and exhale during the process. The lower back will press against the floor. One should return to the normal starting
position after holding the pose for a few seconds.
Corpse Pose
In corpse pose, you must lie down flat on the floor with your arms parallel to the body. Your legs should be joined together.
This will help is reducing the pain. Slow deep breathing is necessary for relaxation.
Other poses that reduces the back pain are Moggy stretch pose, Sage twist and the Fish pose. If practiced regularly they not
only help in reducing the back pain but also help us in leading a healthy life. Yoga should be done for 30 minutes in a day in the beginning
