Cure for Lower Back Pain

Cure for lower back pain sometimes within minutes. There is a simple back pain relief technique you can use at home, or work, that works this quick!

The key is early intervention. This means as soon as you notice your lower back pain, if you apply this technique you will find your pain eases quickly. Does this mean if you have chronic back pain or your back pain has been occurring for a few days or more, this won’t work?

No.

It will still help but you will need to add in a few stretches for the tight muscles, a few reflexes for the weak muscles and need to realign your spine and rebalance your pelvis. The reason is simple enough…

Once your back pain has occurred, your body will start to compensate to try to protect it self. As a result muscles will tire and tighten, joints will stiffen and your body will start to twist and distort.

If you get to it early, then this technique can actually stop this occurring and correct the causes of your back pain as soon as they occur. If you have waited too long, then these techniques will help ease the tension but you may need to add some of the other simple and effective back pain relief techniques to remove all the factors causing your lower back pain.

But for now, try this even if your lower back pain has been there a while.

The technique is very simple; you are applying an Acupressure technique. With certain types of Acupressure you do not need to rub or put pressure on the points. All you have to do is hold the point – just like jumper cabling a battery.

The points also are the size of your fingertip but have a 3 inch radius of effectiveness. This means you cannot miss the point. You can also not over stimulate it, do the wrong point and cause problems, basically you can do no harm or wrong.

On the inside of your knee joint, right on the bony part of your knee is an Acupressure point. This point is called a “Prime Mover” point. This means it will give your body a good shot of energy to heal faster, it also helps joint to move better and helps with anti-inflammatory processes. It will also reduce pain; boost your immune system and a lot more. It is an ideal point for back pain relief.

All you have to do is hold both knees at the same time. You can cross your arms over, you can rest your arms on your thigh for comfort, and you can do it sitting, standing or lying down. Just be comfortable and hold the point.

How long do you hold it?

Acupressure points will pulse, if they pulse within a few seconds it means they are working properly. If it takes longer to pulse then the point is out of balance. The beauty is you do not need to feel it pulse for it to work. If you can’t feel a pulse, just hold the point for a few minutes or longer if you wish. The more you hold it, the longer you hold it the more your body will heal … faster and faster. To get quick back pain relief, just hold the point until your back pain eases.

Please remember, do not push hard on the point. The harder you push the less likely you will feel a pulse and the point will work less effectively.

It may sound strange and unusual, but Acupressure has been used for thousands of years… and it works … whether you believe it will or not.

Just hold the point, rest your hands on the area, and sit there for a few minutes or more and just watch amazed as your lower back pain eases.

If you get to your lower back pain early this will remove your back pain.
