Instant back pain relief aids, the miracle cure for back pain...

I’m sure you were opening this to find some miracle cure for your back pain. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but there isn’t one – however there are some miracle ways to ease your back pain now. Then you can remove all the factors causing your back pain.

Back pain is caused by tight and weak muscles, joints not moving freely and your pelvis being out of balance. These are the main structural factors causing your back pain that you need to address.

To help ease your back pain right now, there are some simple back pain relief techniques you can apply that will ease your back pain. Remember, to remove your back pain totally and permanently you still need to target the 4 main factors causing it - this is possible and no miracle is needed.

Although these techniques seem unusual, they work. Acupressure has been used for thousands of years, very effectively and has been used in back pain issues longer than western medicine. And it works, you do not need to believe in it, think positively, all you need to do is apply the techniques.

Again, remember, these are for back pain relief only and do not remove your back pain issues, just ease your pain until you actually fix the problem.

Technique 1:

Lie on your back on the floor on a comfortable surface, either on a rug or a mat, with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor.

Make two fists and place them, knuckles up, under your back, just above your waistline and about an inch from either side of your spine.

Let your knuckles settle into your muscles and apply gentle, sustained pressure. Breathe deeply, counting to 5 as you inhale and again to 5 as you exhale. Do this exercise for 3 minutes.

Technique 2:

Make a fist. On the outside of your hand, next to the pinky finger, locate the spot where the skin folds and bulges. That's your acupressure point. Place the pencil tip/knuckle there, apply deep pressure, and hold for several seconds, and release – take a deep breath in and out. Repeat 5 to 10 times.

Technique 3:

Place the pencil tip/knuckle between your inner anklebone and Achilles tendon, the large tendon running from your heel bone to the calf muscle. Apply deep pressure, hold for several seconds, and release – take a deep breath in and out. Repeat 5 to 10 times.

With these techniques you may find one eases your pain the most and the others may do little. Simply… apply the technique you get most benefit from and use as often as you wish until you learn to remove your back pain permanently.

There are many simple and highly effective techniques to stretch muscles, strengthen muscles, realign your spine and balance your pelvis. You can learn numerous techniques that improve your healing and recovery rates to make sure your back pain leaves you and never returns. Back pain relief is no miracle ... all you need is simple, easy and effective advice, tips and help.
